Primary Source

A primary source is a document, interview, speech, or any written, or created during the time, the topic or the person that was being study. It is written by witness or a recorder who has experience the events. This kind of sources gives you an inside look of the events happening during that time. It is an original source. Another type of primary source is a person that has a great knowledge about the topic that has being talk about . The difference between a primary and secondary source is that that the secondary source is based on the primary source, which the author can put his opinion also and it is necessary to quote.

Examples of primary sources: interviews, autobiographies, diaries, videos, letters, news photographs, speeches video diaries.
